Mr. Kim is a multiple award-winning autopreneur who believes that the key to success lies in Self-Discipline, Self-Reflection and Self-Improvement.
He also believes that if you want to make it big in anything, you need to be sure that what you are doing is the right thing; and then you have to make sure that you also do things the right way.
Mr. Kim tells anyone who asks him that it is not rocket science. It is simple. But he also realised that a big problem with the world is that it views simple things as unsophisticated. According to Mr. Kim, nothing could be further from the truth.
As Chief Empowerment Officer of Dickson Group, he works very hard to make sure that his colleagues are equipped with the knowledge, experience and values that will keep them market-relevant and future-proof.
Joyee believes that the key to personal or corporate success lies in one thing – and that is credibility. This is because other people will only work with you if they see you as credible.
When asked how one goes about building credibility, Joyee has this to say: “Building credibility is easy. You always say what you mean, and you always mean what you say. No exceptions, no matter the circumstances.”
As Chief Economics Officer of the Dickson Group, Joyee’s Job #1 is to ensure that the company’s financial systems, processes and infrastructure are robust and efficient.
She works diligently to ensure that the company is economically-viable, so that everyone in the company can benefit from its success. She is always trying to create an environment where 1 + 1 = 3 so that every investment made by Dickson Group yields better results for all stakeholders.

Shermaine believes that the main purpose of any company is to create an environment where even ordinary people get to do extraordinary things.
That is why she always encourages her colleagues, regardless of their background or age, to keep learning, unlearning and relearning so that they can do extraordinary things with their careers.
As Chief Experience Officer of the Dickson Group, Shermaine works hard to create an out-of-this-world UX (user experience) for all of the company’s customers and partners in the area of insurance.
She is also of the view that customers may not remember you or your brand or your service offerings, but they will definitely remember the experience. Experience is imprinted in every customer’s psyche long after you are gone.
